I am not a madman, actor Hanks Anuku clarifies the rumor about him
Veteran actor Hanks Anuku clarifies the rumor circulating about him in the media stating he ran mad after doing drugs. He said that the particular video of him trending online was when he was trying to get into the character of mad man. He had received a job offer in which he would be acting the role of a madman.
So he had to step into the street to practice being a mentally unstable man so he could perfect his acting skills before the day of shooting the movie. Unfortunately, he had no idea that somebody lurking in the corners was recording him. That video passed the wrong narrative in the media and affected his career. He lost gigs, money, family, and friends, and was blacklisted in the movie industry. People assumed he did drugs and nobody was willing to hear him out or associate with him. He advised Nigerians to learn to mind their business because not doing so could ruin the other person's life.
Hanks Anuku is 62 years old and mostly takes on villain roles in movies. He is known for his roles in movies like Formidable Force, My Love, Fools on The Run, Broad Daylight, etc.
