In a recent podcast with the host of Echoroom, former Big Brother Naija star, Whitemoney, revealed that he pays his staff in advance. He said sometimes, he pays them up to 5 years in advance and even 10 years, depending on his financial prowess. He considered himself a multi-versatile individual who prefers to do things that wouldn't cause him stress. Therefore, paying his staff in advance enables him to take his mind off worries and focus on the things that truly matter.
To top it all, Whitemoney said he has 150 staff working under him and he pays them in advance. Whitemoney's statement was met with disbelief from fans who called him a liar. Fans opined that no Nigerian employer pays their staff in advance not even the Dangote company. Therefore, the ex-BBNaija housemate should take it easy with the lies.
