Popular Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has stated that the rift between Davido and his baby mama Sophia Momodu started when she used Davido's late son Ifeanyi's photo to wish him a happy birthday.
Back in 2022, Sophia Momodu created an uproar on social media after she sent birthday wishes to Davido alongside a group photo including her, the singer, their daughter Imade, and Ifeanyi. Recall that Ifeanyi Adeleke passed away in October 2022 after drowning in a swimming pool in his father's Banana Island mansion.
In a recent post on Instagram, Uche Maduagwu stated that Sophia Momodu got it all wrong the day she posted a photo of Davido's late son Ifeanyi on his birthday. He said Sophia's actions were uncalled for since the family was still mourning their son's death at the time.
Uche Maduagwu said it is quite disturbing that Sophia Momodu is the only one out of Davido's baby mamas who constantly complains about the singer not playing his fatherly roles. He showered praises on Davido referring to him as the greatest dad while telling Sophia Momodu to keep up with the explanations.
He wrote, "Davido tried to reason with her for a long time until she used Ifeanyi's photo wey Don go wish am happy birthday. Who does that to papa wey dey mourn? Why other women wey born pikin for Davido no ever complain say he doesn't take care of their pikin? You go explain taya because David is the greatest dad."
