Iyanya requests prayers to settle down and get married.
Popular Nigerian singer, Iyanya has requested for prayers from people so he can settle down and get married. Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk is popularly known as Iyanya, and he is a Nigerian singer.
He recently shared his need for prayers to get married during a recent interview on the latest episode of the Tea With Tay podcast. This podcast is hosted by actor Temisan Emmanuel Ahwieh, who is known popularly as Taymesan.
He asked people to pray for him and his relationship so he can settle down with a partner.
While speaking with Taymesan, they briefly touched the topic of the whole situation with Yvonne Nelson and he had shared that the whole issue was just crazy. He shared that the whole issue almost made him lose a current relationship.
He then asked for help. He said people should help him settle down because they aren't helping matters by posting the whole news about Yvonne. He said it has been hard. He then asked people to pray for him.
In his words “Pray for my relationship that God will help me to settle down, even if it’s this year. That’s what you people need to be praying for. Like you now, Taymesan, you are spirit filled. That’s something you need to fast and pray about.”
Taymesan then replied saying “But my spirit is telling me that you don’t need to rush it that God is working on you. Maybe by 2025, 2026, we will be hearing wedding bells. They no dey rush marriage.”
Iyanaya then disagreed with the time frame as it seemed quite far. The two of them then settled on 2024 praying that by 2024 he would settle down. He also revealed that he has actually never come ot to say he was dating anybody so the issue with Yvonne was a crazy situation that got blown because he was Iyanya.
