This mansion which was designed by Tadao Ando who is an architect was sold at $200 million.
The mansion has a concrete compound which has a pool few steps away from the beach and Pacific Ocean.
Beyonce and Jay-Z Carter have now broken the record for home prices in California.
They paid $200 million and have now become the owners of the the most expensive home to be sold in California. The previous record was $177 million.
The house is located in the Paradise Cove area. This area is also known and nicknames as the Billionaires’ Row.
