The idea is to develop the economy of its country, and leave grains behind just like the oil companies do

It's hilarious to read Post #3 asking why the price was 'so low' back then! Fast forward to March 2026, and JBERGER is currently trading at ₦288.00. That is a massive 88.4% gain just since January!
The 'low' prices are long gone. The market has finally priced in their massive 2025 revenue surge (hitting over ₦760bn) and their pivot back to core construction. JBERGER has been one of the top performers of the year. If you held from 2020, your ₦2.00 dividend is now a ₦3.25 historic payout. Is anyone else taking profits at ₦288, or are we holding for the ₦300 psychological level?

Julius Berger (JBERGER) is a major player in Nigeria’s construction and real estate sector, focused on civil engineering and building projects. Listed on the Main Board, it has a market cap of ₦30.36 billion with 1.32 billion shares outstanding. Key contacts include info@julius-berger.com, and the company is audited by Nexia Agbo Abel & Co. They’ve been around since 1970 and have a solid board overseeing operations.
It’s a classic infrastructure stock, good for long-term exposure to Nigeria’s development projects.
