A Nigerian lady cried out for the state government to come to her rescue after a neighborhood church wouldn't stop singing and drumming loudly around 1:32 am. In Nigeria, it is common for places of worship to be situated in residential areas. Several cases of residents complaining about the noise from loud worship, singing, a drumming, have been reported but it seems the menace isn't stopping soon. Many have pleaded with the state Government to stop leaders of religious groups from disturbing residents whenever their service is ongoing. Some have heeded the instructions from above but it seems some states are still taking it with levity.
Worshipping God shouldn't be to the detriment of others and the Government needs to take action as moments like that could deteriorate the health of some Nigerians. Sleep is vital for recuperating and relaxation and loud worship in the middle of the night would prevent innocent residents from retiring to bed after a long day at work.
