Lady denied access to passport renewal at Lagos Immigration office due to her long lashes...They cut it off!
Nigerian Immigration officers are trending for cutting off a lady's long lashes before permitting her to renew her international passport in Lagos. This lady wore lashes to the Immigration office with hopes of renewing her passport. However, she wasn't permitted to due to the Immigration rules. They had to use scissors to trim her lashes to the preferable length. Displeased with their rules, the lady posted the clip of where her lashes were being cut off with the caption, "They saying they have to cut my lashes" and adding crying emojis.
Netizens in the comment section kind of blamed her for wearing long lashes on the day she intended to renew her passport. Some narrated their experience at the immigration office where they were asked to take off their nose rings, and pack their hair in a certain way. Some added how wearing short-sleeved tops isn't allowed and even changing one's hair color. Many blamed the lady for not adhering to the passport renewal rules and tagged her as a clout chaser for wanting to paint the immigration offices badly in the eyes of the public.
