Colombian singer and dancer, Shakira, and her football partner, Barcelona's Gerard Pique, have officially ended their relationship.
In a brief statement, Shakira's publicist said, "We
hate to inform you that Shakira and Pique will officially part ways. We sincerely beg that you respect our children's privacy, as they are our top priority.I appreciate your understanding."
Pique was accused of cheating and was allegedly caught in bed with another woman.
Shakira and Pique began dating a little more than a decade ago and have two sons together, Milan and Sasha.
After Pique was booted out of their family home, the couple had been living apart for a few weeks.
According to El Periodico, the 2010 World Cup winner has been dwelling in a bachelor home and living a party lifestyle since the divorce.
