Manchester United have appointed former Manchester City's Omar Berrada as their new Chief Executive Officer.
Manchester United confirmed the appointment of Omar Berrada through their official statement, saying, "The club is determined to put football and performance on the pitch back at the heart of everything we do. Omar's appointment represents the first step on this journey."

Since the departure of Richard Arnold, the Red Devils have been searching for a new chief executive officer. It was initially thought that former Juventus CEO Jean-Claude Blanc was going to be next in line.
Although Manchester United found a successor in terms of Berrada, who played a significant role in Manchester City's success over the years.

It was revealed that the appointment was made by United Kingdom billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe in consultation with Joe and Avram Glazers.
