The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has vowed to arrest singer Naira Marley if caught with illicit drugs or substances.
The agency said they will not hesitate to shun the partnership with singer Naira Marley and prosecute him if he is found with illegal substances.
This came moments after the agency cleared the air on their relationship with Naira Marley saying the singer isn't either their ambassador nor in any way affiliated to them.
Earlier yesterday, NDLEA revealed through the NDLEA spokesman Femi Babafemi, that they chose Naira Marley for their campaign because of his huge followership with a large number of young people.
The NDLEA spokesman said the agency felt his platform could help the agency in enlightening the public on the ills of drug abuse.
He also reminded the public of the arrest of Naira Marley's artists, Zinoleesky and Mohbad back in 2022, stating that the agency obviously knows what they are doing for making the singer a part of the campaign.
