The Nigerian Youth Investment Fund, (NYIF) was set up as an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development. The investment fund is funded by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and its aim is to invest in the ideas of nigerian youths so as to build sustainable businesses. They invest in the skills and talents of these youths.
For youths who choose to apply as individuals or a non-registered business can apply for up to a sum of N250,000, while those who own registered businesses can apply for up to N3 million.
