Nollywood actor turned pastor Yul Edochie is under fire for predicting that Super Eagles will defeat Ivory Coast to win the AFCON.
Before the AFCON final yesterday, Pastor Yul Edochie took to his Instagram page to assure Nigerians that the AFCON trophy is theirs. Yul said the match will not result in a penalty shoot-out unlike the Nigeria vs South Africa match. He added that the Super Eagles will win comfortably.
Following the defeat yesterday, Yul Edochie made a post congratulating the team for making it to the finals. This triggered netizens as they called him out for making empty predictions. See some reactions below:
