Nicki Minaj sued for allegedly damaging a borrowed jewellery
Popular American muscian/ rapper, Nicki Minaj has been sued over alleged damages on a borrowed piece of jewellery.
Onika Tanya Maraj is known popularly as Nicki Minaj. She is being sued over jewellery that she had allegedly borrowed and damaged.
It is Roseark Jewellery store that is sueing Nicki minaj over the jewellery that they loaned to her.
Nicki’s attorney has come out to deny these allegations. They claimed that she isn't responsible for the damages.
He went ahead to claim that the jeweller is just using her for publicity.
Nicki’s stylist who is Brett Alan Nelson, had signed a contract with Roseark Jewellery Store. Roseark had agreed to loan Nicki Minaj this jewellery for a public appearance. This was according to a new lawsuit.
Roseark store also revealed that the contact stated that they return the jewellery within a week and also pay for any damages that occurs with the jewellery while with her stylist.
Nicki's stylist had then failed to return the jewellery by the deadline and whem he eventually returned it, the store claimed there were noticeable damages on the jewellery.
A source who is close to the rapper then revealed that they had returned the jewellery on time and the jewellery had been with the store for some time before they lodged a complaint of a missing stone.
