Nigeria Immigration Service(NIS) unveils Kwara's new passport office
The Nigeria Immigration Service has unveiled the new passport office in Kwara State. The unveiling ceremony was done with the attendance of the NIS Comptroller-General, Mrs Caroline Adepoju, NIS Kwara State Command Comptroller, Aminu Shamsudeen, the Olofa of Offa, Mufutau Gbadamosi, and several others.
Recall that earlier this month, Caroline had disclosed that Nigerians will no longer need to wait for ages before getting their passports approved. The new developments would make it possible for Nigerians to get their passports three weeks after application. She encouraged every applicant to register with their NIN as it would be linked to their passports for proper verification.
