Nollywood actor Amaechi Muonagor has passed away at age 61.
The news of his death has shocked many, especially after a video of him surfaced online last week. The deceased actor who died of kidney failure, asked the public for financial assistance to pay for a kidney transplant in India. Unfortunately, Amaechi Muonagor's health continued to deteriorate, resulting in his sudden death.
Amaechi Muonagor was a Nollywood actor from Idemili, Anambra State. He was born on 20th August 1962. He ventured into acting in 1989 after working briefly at the News Agency of Nigeria. His first movie role was Akunatakasi in Taboo. In 2016, Amaechi Muonagor went on a sabbatical after developing diabetes. Ever since he hasn't been seen in movies due to his illness. Unfortunately, his condition deteriorated into a kidney disease.
Amaechi Muonagor has acted in several movies including Karishika, Her Last Action, Without Goodbye, Most Wanted Kidnappers, Ugomma, Code of Silence, and Spirits among others.
