Patrice Evra has hit back at reports of a suspended prison sentence in a typically dramatic fashion via Instagram.

Reports went viral on Friday, July 12, that Patrice Evra, 43-year-old former French national team captain was handed a 12-month suspended prison sentence.

The former Manchester United star was allegedly given the 12-month suspended prison sentence for reportedly abandoning his family for two years, leaving behind £800,000 alimony debt to his ex-partner Sandra.
