Mr. Michael Tertsea Aboh, a former member of the Zule Zoo music group, has passed away. The "Kerewawa" dance crooner died on Saturday morning in Makurdi, the capital of Benue State, according to sources.

In a post on his own Facebook page, Terna Rapsody Hyacinth, a close friend of the family, confirmed the news.

"I wish people were more anxious to help you survive when you were alive, suffering, roaming the streets of Makurdi than they are to let the world know of your demise today!" he wrote.

Hassan Ibrahim, called "Ibro," Aboh's music collaborator, claimed that Aboh was addicted to drugs and alcohol and was psychologically unstable.

According to reports, Aboh has been in Makurdi since his life in Lagos State got miserable.

In a recent interview, Aboh refuted reports that he was mentally unwell. He did, however, concede that he has faced a number of difficulties since moving from Lagos.
