Precious family has refused to exhume his body from the riverbank, movie Producer Stanley Ontop reveals
Movie producer Stanley Ontop has disclosed to the public that the family of late sound engineer, Precious, who died in the Nollywood boat accident are yet to exhume his body from the riverbank. This is after they received the help they solicited from members of the public. Recall that Precious mother had cried for help, stating the breadwinner of their family was Precious. Nigerians empathized with the family and they received a sum of N10 million from Jeremiah Fufeyin's foundation and an additional N1.2 million from donations to help carry out the burial rites of their deceased son and ease their burden.
Despite receiving the money, Stanley revealed that Precious body is still lying cold beside the riverbank as the family has refused to exhume the body as earlier promised. He went on to say the corpses of other accident victims have been exhumed except for Precious. His family has refused to take any action on exhuming his body for the deceased to be properly buried in River State.
