Real Warri Pikin narrates how she once attempted suicide
Popular Nigerian comedian Real Warri Pikin, has revealed how she once attempted suicide.
Her real name is Anita Alaire Afoke Asuoha, but she is popularly known as real warri pikin.
She narrated how she had some person struggles with mental health which led to a point of suicide. She says this was in 2018.
She revealed all these during an interview with Chude who is a media personality.
She mentioned that she and her husband, who is Ikechukwu Asuoha, had been faced with financial difficulties in that period around 2017 and 2018. She says they were in debt.
This had contributed to the suicidal attempt she made.
She says her attempt did not succeed. She says she remembers how she woke up in the 3rd hospital wondering why she was still alive. She had been taken to multiple hospitals after the attempt of her life.
It was then she released the importance of her life and the impact she could make by sharing her experience to others who may be facing such challenges.
She says that God spared her life because He wanted to use her story story help others.
