What's the future of the youth in Delta State? Singer Erigga laments unemployment in his hometown

Erigga-1.jpeg

Singer Erigga laments the unemployment rate encapsulating the residents of Delta State. He observed that most youths are either unemployed or working indecent jobs. Immorality and crime have eaten deep into the youths, while the few ones with a conscience are into the P.O.S and transportation businesses.

He frowned at how the society now sees thuggery as a job. Where grown men leave their homes every morning to work for a known villain, hoping to receive some money to take care of their families. Although Erigga's observation is valid, these cases are not peculiar to Delta State alone. In fact, it has become a societal menace across the 36 states in Nigeria.

The unemployment rate has led youths to do despicable things to earn a living. Yahoo and prostitution have become the order of the day, and all this affects the perception of non-citizens on Nigerians.
