Some Nigerians are definitely above the law, reactions as Wizkid was seen spraying money on the street
Nigerians are reacting to a video of Wizkid spraying money on the street after the EFCC arrested Bobrisky for committing a similar crime. Some found it unreasonable that Wizkid has been walking freely despite how viral the video had gone while Bobrisky was sentenced to 6-months in prison over alleged abuse of naira.
An X user identified as Dr. Penking claimed that the laws in Nigeria are only for the poor and powerless while the rich get away with committing crimes. He wrote, "This was Wizkid the other day. Some Nigerians are clearly above the law" and his tweet has garnered thousands of comments some of which fans supported Wizkid. Some of Wizkid's fans said the singer didn't abuse the money in any way as he sprayed it so lucky people would catch them, while Bobrisky was spraying and stepping on money at a party.
