Sophia Momodu files a cease and desist petition against Davido over alleged cyberbullying and threats to life
Days after Tiwa Savage filed a petition against Davido for cyberbullying and threat to life, Sophia Momodu followed suit. She filed a petition against Davido warning the singer to desist from harassing and threatening her. The petition further stated that David Adeleke and his cohorts have teamed up against Ms. Sophia Momodu and those in her circle. It stated that the petition is currently under investigation and there is evidences to support her claim.
It also said that the singer is not cooperating with them regarding the welfare of their daughter, Imade Adeleke. The petition partly reads, "Additionally, it is important to emphasize that your client's behavior and actions are impeding our efforts to achieve a peaceful resolution concerning the arrangements for the care and welfare of Imade which is of paramount importance."
Sophia Momodu is Davido's first baby mama and the mother of Imade Adeleke. The 36-year-old is a fashion enthusiast, a model, and also an internet personality. She gave birth to Imade in May 2015 and the young girl is now 8 years old.
