Nollywood actor Seun Sean Jimoh slams the EFCC for targeting celebrities for their new campaign against the abuse of the Naira.

Since the arrest of crossdresser Bobrisky, Nigerians and mostly celebrities have been cautious about spraying money at parties. The EFCC recently unveiled their plans to arraign celebrities who have been involved in such activities.

In a recent post, Seun Sean Jimoh called out the anti-graft agency for using celebrities as scapegoats for a crime almost all Nigerians are guilty of. As much as there is an urgent need to curb the transactional sale of currency at parties, Seun said the law negates the Nigerian deeply rich partying culture.

Seun said the agency is wrong for targeting celebrities only, adding that the law lacks any concern for the mental health of Nigerians.
