Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc has made it official that the bank will be appointing a new Chairman, CEO, and Non-Executive Directors. The appointment of the following directors was authorized by the Central Bank of Nigeria:
- Yemi Adeola has been appointed as Chairman of Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc.
- Yemi Odubiyi has been appointed as GMD/CEO of Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc.
- Abubakar Suleiman and Shola Adekoya have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors of Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc.
- Ms. Aisha Bashir and Mrs. Eniye Ambakederemo have been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Directors of Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc.
- Mr. Olayinka Oni has been appointed as Executive Director of Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc.
