Nigerian music executive, Dayo Adeneye popularly known as D1 has told Nigerian ladies that the world doesn't revolve around their body.

Dayo Adeneye said young women these days, are all about materialistic things and they think their body is more than enough to give to their significant other.
He said, "If you ask them what they bring to the table, they'll say, 'Look at me nau'. Our women don't say I have brains, I can do accounting, I can do this. They think this is the table. 'I have breasts, I have y@nsh'.
He stated that if he goes on Instagram, the first set of pictures he will see is girls flaunting their bodies to the public with the mindset that it is the best part of them. He said men will only give them money and move on to the next person because they are not interested in what they can offer on the long run.
Dayo Adeneye said while it is good to dress sexy and look good as a woman, it is also honorable to provide value. He mentioned Toes Savage and Ayra Starr as women who give value to the society through their talent even though they dress sexy most of the times.
"Even Ayra Starr, who wear skimpy dresses, if I ask you to sing her song, you'll sing it word for word. Do you remember what she wore last week? Have you seen Tiwa? You can be sexy but you don't have to dress half-unclad. Everything doesn't revolve around your breasts and your @ss", he added.
The interviewer countered his statement saying some ladies who are talented like Ayra Starr, aspire to be like her and even imitate her dressing to fit in and this may appear wrong in a bigger sense. Dayo Adeneye replied saying the said girls have talent therefore, that's enough.
He also talked about men who take advantage of ladies all in the name of helping them reach their potential. He said this has been happening for years and it will continue to happen. He said men will always want what women can offer. At the same time, women shouldn't offer their bodies as the only thing they can bring to the table.
He added, "After the man sleeps with you, what next? If there's nothing up here, can you help me with my company? Can you do accounting? Can you help me market? Can you get me new clients? I'm not going to be with you for 24 hours."
