Female students of the University of Calabar, faculty of law could no longer keep the sexual harassment from the faculty dean under the radar. They came out in multitudes to protest against him and demand the University withdraw him from the institution.
It was reported that the dean of the faculty, Professor Cyril Ndifon, was formerly suspended for raping a law student in 2015. Why would the school reinstate such person as dean of the faculty? Students wrote all the horrible things the man had done on cardboards. He sexually harassed female students, manipulated the list of students admitted into the Law school, and had sex with female students against their wish. That is horrible!
The worst of it all? The school authorities have threatened to expel all those that protested.
