Nigerian musician Oluseun Anikulapo-Kuti popularly known as Seun Kuti has given reasons why late prophet T.B Joshua's victims didn't speak up before his death.
In a recent post on Instagram, the 40-year-old singer stated that T.B. Joshua was so powerful that his negligence led to the death of over 80 people in his church. Even after his building collapsed, he didn't spend a minute at the police station or court to give an account of what happened. Seun Kuti further stated that such revelations couldn't have been made in his lifetime because nothing would be done to salvage the situation.
Seun Kuti recalled that nothing was done when singer Timi Dakolo's wife Busola Dakolo came out in 2019 to speak on how she survived a rape ordeal by popular pastor Reverend Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA). He said the general public placed the blame on her, calling her a married prostitute. Seun Kuti further urged religious people to do better.
