Why are two bags of pure water sold for N500? Man laments over increment in price
A Nigerian man has terribly complained about the increase in the price of sachet water in the country which he considered to be highly ridiculous. He said he was surprised to hear that two bags of pure water were sold for N500 against the usual price of N200. He wondered how the economy affected the production of water which is a natural resource from God.
He said, "What is happening again? I sent someone to buy pure water now and they are telling me that two bags are selling for N500. What is happening again? Why is pure water expensive? How did the water we are drinking become so expensive? Why is everything difficult in this Lagos State? Now that you have started selling pure water from the truck for N500, how much would the retailers sell them? Why is difficulty becoming rampant these days? Love ended in the nation after Buhari finished his tenure. There has only been hardship since he left. Things are getting out of hand. Fuel pump price increases, we didn't complain. Garri because expensive, but we still didn't complain. We keep managing. So how did ordinary water that God created become so expensive?"
