Nigeria coronavirus cases drifting closer to 30,000 NCDC announced 603 new confirmed cases and 6 deaths yesterday living the country's total confirmed cases of the virus at 28,167 almost reaching the 30,000 mark. With the lockdown in the country gradually easing and various economic activities currently in operation, one can say the country is quite vulnerable as the risk and probabilities of citizens contracting this virus is very high. we are one nation, one people we have to avoid spreading this virus by simply adhering to COVID-19 directives. protect yourself and others by wearing face masks, washing hands regularly, observing safe distance from other, and calling the ncdc emergency number if you notice symptoms of the virus. protect Nigeria #Staysafe #Takeresponsibility

FG ruled out resumption of schools amid coronavirus pandemic The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu announced that the Nigerian federal unity schools have decided to cancel all plans to resume schools for students in transition classes (Basic 6, Jss 3, Sss 3) meaning the waec examinations (WASSCE, GCE, NECO etc.) are not going to hold anytime soon as a result of the ongoing pandemic. The Minister advised states that announced the resumption of schools to reconsider as the decision is too risk intensive. He said "it is better for student to lose an academic year than to contract and spread the virus". adding "it is not the right time open schools now".

Many people are dying of coronavirus in Nigeria but no one is saying anything about it and it going to get worse. The data are not accurate either.

Really?..Hmmm...if so the entire situation is definitely alot more serious than it seems.

Could the inaccurate data be a fault on the ncdc's side or something entirely different?
